Precautions:

- Not recommended for use over gravel, plywood, rubber, or PVC sheet roofing or shingles
- Typical age limit for roofs to be coated is 7 to 10 years, depending on roof condition
- Drying time varies: usually 6 to 24 hours in hot, dry conditions; 2 to 7 days in cool, damp weather
- Allow to dry completely between coats for optimal performance.
